Methodology

STAR - BIS Global Project Methodology:

Phase I: Requirements Analysis & Definition

Requirements Analysis and Definition phase is geared toward determining the goals and vision for the system, in order to enable BIS Global's team to develop a solution that will function effectively to meet our customer's expectation. BIS Global will perform an initial interview and any additional correspondence necessary to identify the goals and requirements for the System:

Deliverables:

• BIS Global will deliver a requirements document that will include a description of work, system requirements, estimate for the implementation timeline, and an estimate for the cost of completing the project according to the proposed specifications.

Phase II: System Design and Architecture

Phase II: System Design and Architecture phase involves mapping out and planning the infrastructure, if applicable. Design concepts will be presented as illustrations to discuss and gain consensus on system design and architecture.

Deliverables:

• BIS Global will deliver structural designs for the solution, and solicit feedback on infrastructure models.
• BIS Global will perform up to two rounds of revisions, based on customer feedback, in order to create a successful architecture for the solution.
• BIS Global will deliver the final structural design models to the customer for inspection.
• Final sign-off from client will facilitate transition into Phase III of development.

Phase III: Technical Development

Phase III: Technical Development phase consists of BIS Global performing the implementation and configuration of the Solution.

Deliverables:

• BIS Global will deliver a fully functional beta version of the solution.

Phase IV: Quality Assurance

Phase IV: Quality Assurance phase is comprised of testing and quality assurance by BIS Global.

Deliverables:

• BIS Global will deliver a fully functional system, which meets all of the predetermined requirements stated in the proposal, and has been tested to assure quality;

Phase V: System Deployment & Training

Phase IV: System Deployment involves BIS Global migrating the finalized solution from the development environment to the live environment, if applicable, and providing training for customer staff and users.

Deliverables:

• BIS Global will assist in the transition of the solution from its test environment to the live environment, if applicable.
• BIS Global will provide training to managers and system users.
