Security Policy
As an e-commerce software and managed services provider, BIS Global follows the requirements set forth by the PCI Security Council for Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI), for Secure Shopper, Transaction Server, and for Data Center Infrastructure or other software we develop that processes, uses, or stores any financial transactions, payment informaiton, or other sensitive customer information. In addition to adhering to PCI Compliance requirements, BIS Global ensures separately, that both our network and our software not only pass PCI compliance requirements separately, but we also perform additional tests above and beyond the requirements set forth by the PCI Security Council, in order to minimize the risk of any breach that could lead to unwanted access to sensitive information. As an experienced provider of e-commerce solutions, and as an organization that processes high volumes of financial transactions over the Internet, we strongly advise against and will not support any systems that contain open source or 3rd party unauthenticated software in any network that processes directly or is connected directly to any network that houses sensitive information.
