Knowledge Base:

1. go to the "sites" tab on the top of the screen and click on "manage sites".

2. click on "new" and select "ftp & rds server".

3. in the "ftp host" field enter "ftp.bisglobal.net". then enter your username and password. then click "test". (please remember that your ftp username and password may not be the same as your bis global username and password you use to log in the website.) if you see that you have succesfully connected to the server click "ok".

4. your stored files and folders should now show on right side of the dreamweaver application under "files".
