to begin log into you account by going to www.bisglobal.net and entering your username and password go to your tool kit and select secure shopper. select which category your product is in by going to the filter field and selecting a category. once you see the product youwish to delete, go to the right of the prodeuct and choose delete. it will ask you if you are sure and you click ok. your product is now deleted.
