1) begin by clicking or tapping start, and choose messaging. 2.) in the messaging screen chose new e-mail account. 3.) enter the e-mail address given to you by you by your bis global representative. make sure that you uncheck the "try to get email settings automatically from the internet" option and select next. 4.) in the your email provider screen, select internet e-mail and select next 5.) in the your name screen, enter the desired name to be shown and select next. 6.) in the incoming mail server screen, enter the following: mail.bethesdahosting.com . in the account type field select pop3 and select next. 7 .) in the user name screen type your full e-mail address (for example: johndoe@doeinc.com). in the password section enter the password. 8.) in the outgoing (smtp) mail server screen, enter the following: mail.bethesdahosting.com. select the outgoing server requires authentication option and make sure the use the same name and password for sending email option is checked in and select next. 9.) adjust your desired send and receive settings and start e-mailing!
