to set up product attributes in secure shopper that will allow you to offer your products in many different sizes, colors, etc., follow these instructions:

1. log into your secure shopper manager at www.bisglobal.net

2. once you are logged into your account, choose secure shopper from your toolkit

3. on the secure shopper management page in the product management bar at the top, choose custom attributes

4. on the custom attributes page, click on add new custom product attributes

5. enter a name, label, and optional description for your new product attribute and click add. the label is the most important value here, as this is what will show up in your shopping cart to customers when they are placing a product in thier cart.

6. you will now see your new product attribute listed on teh custom attributes page. to the right of your new product attribute, click on add attributes values.

7. add a value and order for your new attributes value and click add. you may repeat this step to add as many values for an attribute as you like. for example, you can add the values xxl, xl, l, m, s for the attributes size. this will give your customers 5 size options for a product with the size attribute activated.

8. next click on products in the product management bar at the top.

9. if you do not have any products listed, you must first add a product by clicking on the add new product button. for instructions on adding a new product, please see knowledge base article 12 . to the right of your product, click on the edit button.

10. on the edit product page, under description, you will see a checkbox with your new product attribute name to the right of it. in order to activate this attribute for this particular product, check that box and click the update button.

you will now see this attributes with all of its values as options next to this product when shopping on your secure shopper site.
