Philip J. Schmitz - CEO

Mr. Schmitz is an Alumni of the University of Marlyand, with a BA in Business and Information System. His experience in the technology market spans several years working for and with several firms including Votenet, formerly NetCapitol, and Bixler, Inc. Mr. Schmitz' expertise has been primarily shaped by his experience personally defining and developing applications to help organizations use their technology effectively, including single handedly developing the American Lawyers Institute American Bar Association website and online classes, managing the development of products to provide businesses with turn key solutions for website content, membership management, and e-commerce for groups like the Center for Education Reform, Chicken Out Rotisserie and Computer Associates, and building businesses like BIS Global from the ground up.

Vishal Chintawar - Director Technology Services

Mr. Chintawar is an Alumni of Nagpur University in Nagpur, India. He holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from University of Maryland. His career has been focused on helping organizations effectively use technology to solve business problems through requirements definition, project management, and use of latest technologies. Prior to joining BIS Global in January 2003, he acquired a wealth of technology and management experience working for hi tech firms including KICIT, an information technology consulting and training organization. At BIS Global, he oversees application development, data center management, and the technical support team.
