Job Description:
BIS Global is seeking an account manager who will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships. The right candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working under pressure and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. He/she will be an excellent communicator and will be highly organized. The right candidate will be a result driven individual with aspirations to move into outside sales or marketing. Experience in the technology market is also a desirable quality.
Responsibilities:
-communicate with existing customers -setup meetings with customers to discuss account usage -advise customers of other Company products and capabilities -keep customers aware of product releases, new features, and Company information of interest to existing clients -generate and review contracts for existing customers -manage client expectations -communicate to management level contacts
Requirements:
-bachelors degree required (business, communications, or MIS preferable) -experience or understanding of B2B technology solutions -strong communication and negotiation skills -working knowledge of MS Office applications -must be web and technology savvy
Compensation:
-based on experience -commission package -full benefits
