Case Study: High Impact Leadership Coalition

Back Ground:

The High Impact Leadership Coalition exists to protect the moral compass of America and be an agent of healing our nation by educating and empowering church, community, and political leaders. The Coalition will conduct educational summits with leaders around the country that will empower High Impact leaders to make a grassroots influence in our communities, states, and nation. The High Impact Leadership Coalition has developed a Black Contract with America on Moral Values, that list six major agenda items. The six areas can close the gap of righteousness (personal morality) and justice (social action) in America. The Coalition's goal is to have a million people to sign the contract and to do the following:

• Pray for spiritual renewal in America
• Promote the values of this contract
• Vote for future legislation that encompass these points
• Vote for politicians, regardless of party, who champion these values

The Problem:

In order to accomplish these goals, the Coalition needed an effective website that could articulate its mission and the values it stands for. Additionally, the Coalition needed a website that could act as a vehicle to facilitate the signing of the contract, allow visitors to contribute to the Coalition, and distribute information effectively to these users. Additionally, the Coalition needed a way to track the signatures and contributors so that they could be corresponded with used to measure the coalition's success.

Solution:

BIS Global redesigned the Coalition website to give it a fresh look that helped communicate the values it represents. Next, BIS Global integrated that new design with an instance of our Association Enterprise Manager (AEM) software, to immediately provide the coalition with a completely dynamic website. This new website, powered by AEM, allows the Coalition to collect signatures, collect donations, control all of the content on their website via a secure web content management system, track signatures and registered users, provided contributors with custom content through a members only area (using our membership module), and much more. By integrating AEM, the coalition had their site up and running with all of the functionality they needed and a new design in less than a month.
