Joseph E. Schmitz is CEO of Joseph E. Schmitz, PLLC ("JES PLLC"), a unique, veteran-owned law firm founded in 2008 which provides Compliance Inspection and Independent Monitoring services for both Private and Public sector entities.
Joseph E. Schmitz served as the fifth Senate-confirmed Inspector General of the Department of Defense from April 2002 to September 2005. His pre-Inspector General public service included: 27 years naval service, first on active duty and then as a Captain in the United States Naval Reserves, where he served as Inspector General of the Naval Reserve Intelligence Command; law clerk to the Honorable James L. Buckley, Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit; Special Assistant to the Attorney General of the United States, the Honorable Edwin Meese III; Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center; and Partner in the international law firm of Patton Boggs LLP.
From September 2005 through December 2008, Mr. Schmitz served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of the Prince Group in McLean, Virginia. From January 2009 to April 2010, Mr. Schmitz served as Managing Director in the Washington D.C. Office of Freeh Group International.
Mr. Schmitz graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1978 and received his J.D. degree from Stanford University in 1986.

Hossein Noshirvani has been involved with a number of .com companies since joining the workforce in 1996. He was co-founder and COO of barseen.com, a sales and marketing company that broadcast nightlife videos on the internet from 1996 - 2000.
He is currently EVP of Motionsoft, a provider of club management and billing services to commercial gyms, hospitals, and wellness centers.

Oscar Padilla

Oscar Padilla is a veteran Internet executive with 15 years of experience working for top national companies. In his role as Director of Interactive Solutions, Oscar provides clients strategic advisory services and manages deliverable teams to execute interactive programs. As a member of Vertis management team, he contributes to the development of new services and products in the areas of mobile marketing, social networking, email, and emerging media. His professional Internet career has involved work with Hitachi Consulting, Blackboard Inc., Mindshare Interactive, and Bridgeline Digital. At these companies, Oscar was engagement manager for numerous large-scale interactive projects, including work for Southwest Airlines, Verizon, HARPO Inc., AstraZeneca, United Cerebral Palsy, and the Bond Market Association. Oscar holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and has completed executive financial training programs at Cornell University. Oscar conducts frequent industry speaking engagement for organizations such DMA, Boston Ad Club PRSA. Oscar is frequently quoted in industry trades publications and has published articles in iMedia Connection, DMA, Mobile Marketer and Direct Marketer News.

Harry Niedzwiadek

Mr. Niedzwiadek is CEO of Image Matters, an industry leading software development company highly specialized expertise in the areas of Geospatial Web, Semantic Web (Web 3.0), Sensor Web, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Location-Based Services (LBS). His experience ranges from building large enterprise systems for defense, intelligence, and natural resource management customers, to leading global commercial software product teams.
Mr. Niedzwiadek was formerly a vice president at Autometric, Inc. (now part of Boeing), where he served as division manager and Chief Scientist. He also worked for GTE where he led several efforts to expand GTE's business in commercial imagery and the Internet.
